Robert Norins
Extensive 30-year career in the shopping center industry has brought innovation and imagination to the industry that he loves and admires. Credited with launching National Mall Monitor, a leading industry publication, he served as CEO until the sale of the company, to a Canadian conglomerate. Robert’s diverse background includes publishing, retail, marketing, and shopping center consulting. Santa’s Corner, established in 1972, was Robert’s entrée into the retail arena, with more than 400 locations nationwide. He grew the company into one of the first specialty retail company’s in the shopping center industry. In 1989, he launched an independent specialty retail leasing company for mall owners that generated over 100 million dollar in gross revenues. He has also consulted for “Fortune 500” companies and multi-million dollar companies in several industries.
Evie Norins
Co-founded and grew several multi-million dollar shopping center based organizations. National Mall Monitor, the shopping center industry’s first trade publication was her entrance into the shopping center industry where she served as publisher until the sale of the company in 1985. Evie co-founded Sales Dynamics, an independent specialty retail leasing company, with sales of over $20 million. She served as VP of Operations and was directly responsible for the management and marketing of 150 specialty retail programs nationwide. Evie has conducted retail seminars, both nationally and internationally, and currently is a marketing consultant for a leading Arizona shopping center developer.
Adam Norins
A young entrepreneur who has successfully negotiated over a million dollars in vendor contracts in his short career. In addition he understands the fundamentals of all aspects of business including negotiations, the value of a customer, a mission statement, goal setting, and the importance of analyzing the competition. He has also completed several courses in computer networking and before joining his family business; he ran or helped run the entire computer network for two billion dollar companies in Arizona.
