Camp Joy Gardens
Camp Joy is a four-acre farm in the San Lorenzo River Valley near Boulder Creek, twelve miles from Santa Cruz. Originating as an offshoot in the private sector of Alan Chadwick's early garden project at UC Santa Cruz, Camp Joy practices an agriculture which has many of the characteristics and the philosophy associated with his work. The emphasis is on integrating sane and sensitive techniques of horticulture with the creation of a viable support system.
