Alternative Gifts International
The mission of Alternative Gifts International is to send authentic, life-giving gifts to a needy world -- gifts that build a partnership with oppressed people in crisis and that protect and preserve the environment. AGI raises funds each year for global gifts in its Alternative Gift Markets held nationwide and from individual donors. Designated grants are then sent to established international projects of reputable nonprofit agencies for relief and development to nourish and sustain a more equitable and peaceful world community.
Marine Conservation Alliance
The Marine Conservation Alliance was established in 2001 by fishing associations, communities, Community Development Quota groups, harvesters, processors, and support sector businesses to promote the sustainable use of North Pacific marine resources by present and future generations -- based on sound science, prudent management, and a transparent, open public process.
American Association for Health Freedom
AAHF was established in direct response to the problems faced by practitioners and consumers in the U.S. who found their health care freedom under assault. AAHF was established specifically to be the advocacy organization for practitioners and their patients who use nutritional, preventive and whole person approaches to health care.
Audubon Expedition Institute at Lesley University
Audubon Expedition Institute at Lesley University is an academically rigorous alternative to traditional colleges and universities for undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a deeper ecological understanding of environmental education, leadership and advocacy. Our goal is to create experiential learning communities that inspire informed and compassionate ecological leadership. We offer a BS in Environmental Studies, MS in Environmental Education and MS in Ecological Teaching and Learning. The first two programs travel in Hawaii, Alaska, the Pacific Northwest and other regions.
Brower Youth Awards/Earth Island Institute
Earth Island Institute's Brower Youth Awards program recruits, nutures, and promotes a new generation of environmental leaders in the tradition of founder David R. Brower. Each year, six leaders age 13-22 who have made outstanding contributions to the conservation, preservation, and restoration of the Earth are awarded $3,000 cash prizes, and receive access to a small grants fund, a circle of mentors, speaking opportunities, additional training, and help securing jobs and internships.

Minnesota Crop Improvement Association
MCIA is a USDA National Organic Program (NOP) Accredited Certifying Agent (ACA) for the provision of organic certification services in Minnesota and the surrounding states. MCIA currently conducts inspections and certification for organic producers, handlers, processors and wild crop collectors. The USDA/AMS has deemed MCIA compliant to the ISO Guide 65 Assessment for U.S. Organic Certifying Agencies. Operations certified organic by MCIA may display the NOP Certified Organic seal on qualified products.
